I made my first attempt at creating a flash theme:
I don't know how useful it is if you don't want PIE, inbox and Resco File Explorer as quicklaunch buttons on the today screen :). All icons are clickable.
The skin is in the miscellaneous section at my site.

Resco File Explorer is the best filemanager there is for PocketPC, well worth its price. :)
Juni, looks like you have moved on from FlashDash? Just curious as to your thoughts on the program.
